What You’ll Be DoingAs a Site and Office Assistant, you’ll be supporting Project Managers and office staff across a wide variety of tasks. This role offers valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to learn all aspects of the construction industry.
In the Office
Assist with writing and developing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)Help price projects and request quotes from suppliersSupport with ordering and tracking materials
On Site
Visit construction sites to carry out measurements and surveysMeet with clients to understand requirements and report back to the teamCarry out weekly site and health and safety inspections
In the Yard
Load and unload vans and lorries (forklift training will be provided)Help keep the yard organised and tidyPerform regular equipment and forklift inspections
