As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our operations and maintenance teams to contribute to our continued success.
Internship Overview
- Collaborate with our operations manager to oversee the daily management of our properties.
- Work alongside our maintenance team to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of guest experiences by identifying areas for enhancement, coming up with ideas and executing them.
- Gain valuable insights into property management, hospitality, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for 6 – 12 months.
Compensation
This is a full-time internship position, with a monthly compensation of £400 and travel expenses between our properties paid-for.
