Senior IPS Employment Lead – Recovery

Change Grow Live is seeking an IPS Senior Employment Specialist to lead a team of Employment Specialists. You will enable Service Users to access and sustain paid employment as part of their recovery goals. This role is pivotal in building effective relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player, passionate about supporting those in recovery, and have experience in managing a team. This position is based in the East Midlands, offering the opportunity to make a real difference.
