Our client is a payments company looking to hire a Customer Support specialist. Initially, this is a 6 week contract.
Responsibilities
- Be the first line of support dealing with client queries
- Respond to emails
- Collect Data to verify ID
What you’ll need
- Ability to show initiative and work independently
- Case Management Acumen – ability to track progress
- Attention to detail
- Be polite under pressure
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Nice to have
- Payments / Fintech experience
- Proficient in Excel
