Junior Sous Chef – 2 Michelin Stars


This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef to join a flagship restaurant at the forefront of the industry, under the stewardship of a talented Executive Chef and Founder. As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll support the overall running of the kitchen, overseeing MEP and service of an innovative and technical tasting menu, using ingredients of the highest quality. The restaurant currently holds 2 Michelin Stars and remains ambitious.


Salary: £50,000-£55,000+; Location: Central London; Kitchen: State‑of‑the‑art open kitchen; Closed Sundays.


Responsibilities


Support the overall running of the kitchen and oversee MEP and service of the tasting menu.


Qualifications



  • Previous experience at Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef level within 1‑2 Michelin Star standard restaurants is essential.

  • Organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail are vital in maintaining excellence.

  • Proficient in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP training.

  • Availability to work a mixture of shifts and hours throughout the week.
