This role involves processing payroll and maintaining financial records while working remotely.
Responsibilities
- Process weekly and monthly payroll using cloud-based systems
- Maintain accurate financial records and update spreadsheets
- Prepare invoices, reconcile statements, and manage payment runs
- Assist with expenses, timesheets, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support the finance team with reports and admin tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in accounts, payroll, or finance admin
Required Skills
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- High accuracy, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
