Job Description:

Cambridge Judge Business School is seeking an organised, proactive and highly professional Personal Assistant to support the Head of People, CJBS, within the People Services team.

This varied and fast‑paced role will provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistance support to the Head of People, CJBS, ensuring the efficient and effective management of their time and priorities. The role holder will also oversee the administration of the Honorary Visitor appointments process, providing guidance and support to hosts and visitors across the Business School.

The CJBS People Services team is responsible for the full employee life cycle for all staff at Cambridge Judge Business School, including organisational structure, recruitment and retention, pay and grading, training and development, employee relations, and performance management. The team is led by the Head of People, CJBS (HoP).

About You

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced administrator or PA with excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, alongside the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Working arrangements

The University is supportive of hybrid working, allowing some work on premises and some remote. The aim is to enable as many staff as possible to work in a hybrid way if they wish, and where their role allows, we expect most colleagues to spend at least 50% of their time at their dedicated office location. This arrangement is subject to change and will not form part of the contractual terms of the role.
