Your Role

• Support the marketing team in creating, editing, and publishing social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Assist in video editing and short‑form content production (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
• Brainstorm and execute creative social media campaigns that resonate with our audience.
• Optimize posts based on performance insights and engagement metrics.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and viral content strategies to keep Ahead at the cutting edge of social media.
• Work closely with our design and content teams to ensure a consistent brand voice.

About You

• You live and breathe social media. You know what’s trending and can turn ideas into high‑performing content.
• You’re a natural storyteller. You can craft engaging posts, captions, and videos that hook viewers.
• You’ve already gotten your hands dirty. You’ve edited videos, built your own social media presence, or worked on content projects.
• You have experience with video editing tools. Whether it’s CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or another tool – you know how to bring content to life.
• You’re data‑driven. You track what works, adapt strategies, and aim to improve engagement rates.
• You’re proactive and eager to learn. You love experimenting, testing, and growing in a fast‑paced startup environment.
