Social Care Assistant — Direct Care & Activity Lead

Buckinghamshire Council is seeking dedicated Social Care Assistants to provide high-quality care and support to residents at the Chesham Short Breaks Centre. The position involves personal care, organizing activities, and maintaining client support plans.
