About the Opportunity

Tea Post is currently hiring a Junior Legal Associate to join their vibrant team. This is a great role for candidates passionate about corporate legal work and interested in contributing to a fast‑paced retail franchise model.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and dispatch legal notices
• Organize and maintain legal documentation and records
• Handle franchise agreement drafting, renewals, and compliance
• Assist in managing internal company data and ensuring legal conformity
• Liaise with internal departments to fulfill legal requirements
• Support litigation and coordinate with vendors on legal matters

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent)
• Excellent research, legal drafting, and communication abilities
• Familiarity with contract drafting and corporate compliance is advantageous

Experience

0–2 years (both freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply)
