Role Summary
As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll support the Head and Sous Chefs in the smooth running of the kitchen — maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring consistency, and helping to develop the talented brigade.

You’ll take charge of your section, assist with menu development, and help inspire the team to deliver exceptional dishes that celebrate the ingredients and region.
They deliver seasonal a la carte menus featuring traditional British cuisine with a delectable twist and they are currently looking for an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join their talented kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
- Be innovative and committed with a passion for excellent food, ingredients and service
- Be required to maintain high quality and consistency with a professional “can do” attitude
- Have a background working within fast-paced, fresh food kitchens
- Effectively managing and running the kitchen alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef, whilst also ensuring that the kitchen meets all food safety laws
