  • Salary: £36,648 – £44,428 per annum PLUS 4K Welcome Bonus and 2K Annual Retention Bonus

Liquid Personnel are looking for experienced and dedicated practitioners to join our client in Gloucestershire in their Children in Care service.

About the role:

As a social worker in the Children in Care team, you’ll hold a caseload of children who may have plans for adoption, guardianship, fostering, or reunification, ensuring their voices are heard and their life history valued. Acting as a corporate parent, you’ll provide guidance, advocacy, and direct support to help them grow into confident adults with access to education, healthcare, activities, and a stable, loving home, working closely with families and carers to secure lifelong positive outcomes.

  • between £36,648– £38,223per annum for a Social Worker or between £39,186 – £44,428 per annumfor a Senior Social Worker subject to experience

Requirements:

  • Social Work England registration
  • a recognised qualification in Social Work
  • to have passed your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) if qualified after 2012
  • a full driving licence and willingness to drive
  • DBS clearance
