Our client from Lutterworth is seeking a highly skilled administrator who has worked within a Professional Conduct department previously. The successful candidate will support the timely, effective and lawful processing of complaints – please only apply if you have relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to agreed standards and deadlines and in particular with regard to complaints from initial panel stages to the hearing and post hearing stages
- Communicating both verbally and in writing with parties to a complaint to keep them informed of the progress of the case
- Managing and owning a portfolio of cases
- Assisting in the arrangement, facilitation, support and servicing of panel meetings
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience as a case worker or similar
- Experience working in a fast‑paced and demanding role overseeing a high volume of caseloads
- Knowledge of the Professional Conduct Procedures and Ethical Frameworks
- Excellent communication, listening, proactive and enthusiastic skills
- Ability to maintain relationships with people at all levels
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, databases, etc.
- Good interpersonal skills
