Senior Community Psychiatric Nurse (Band 6)

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to work within the Referral Management Centre, primarily in Birmingham. The successful candidate will support children and young people with mental health needs by screening referrals, conducting assessments, and coordinating care.

This position requires strong communication, teamwork, and mentoring skills, along with an RMN qualification and relevant mental health experience. The role includes shift coordination responsibilities and aims to ensure high standards of clinical care are maintained.
