Senior Social Worker needed for our Adult Services in Exeter , Devon paying between £31 – £35 ph!

• Pay Rate: Between £31 ph – £35 ph
• Location: Exeter, Devon
• Team: Adult Safeguarding Service
• Working Pattern:Hybrid working – office and home-based (2.5 days per week in the office, essential)

Are you an experienced Adults Social Worker ready to take the next step into a senior-level role with leadership responsibility?

We’re looking for a confident, knowledgeable practitioner with strong legal literacy and the ability to support and guide a team within a busy Adults service.

What we’re looking for:

Qualified Social Worker (Adults)

Strong expertise in:

1. Safeguarding
2. Mental Capacity Assessments
3. Best Interests decisions
4. Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
5. Care Act 2014

• Excellent legal knowledge and confident decision-making
• Ability to provide effective supervision and management support
• Experience managing waiting lists and review functions
• Confident supporting duty and offering guidance to colleagues
• Able to deputize for the Team Manager when required
