A well-established council in the central belt is searching for a skilled social worker to join their safeguarding team, with fantastic flexibility to make life easier for you. You’ll benefit from working four days from home, which is perfect for managing your commitments, with just 2 days in the office each week. The role also offers the flexibility to leave work early when needed to accommodate childcare or other personal responsibilities, ensuring that your work-life balance stays in check. On top of that, we provide an enhanced loyalty bonus – £2 per hour minimum added to the standard pay rate for that council.
They’re looking for an experienced social worker who can step in, manage a balanced caseload, and handle a few complex cases with confidence.
Qualifications
This is a statutory role, so a social work qualification and registration with the Scottish Social Services Council is required.
