Job Description
Proclaim Care seeks an Administrator to join as a Rehabilitation Assistant, working from the Hamilton office and supporting Rehabilitation Managers with case coordination, documentation and communication.
Duties Include
- Providing administrative and coordination support to Rehabilitation Managers to ensure efficient case management and positive client outcomes.
- Coordinating appointments, services and funding requests, maintaining compliance with processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Liaising with multidisciplinary stakeholders including service users, service providers, insurers, solicitors and healthcare professionals.
- Preparing and issuing accurate documentation, referral letters and reports in line with company standards.
- Managing case files and databases to ensure up-to-date, accurate information and compliance with internal procedures.
- Monitoring and progressing tasks, prioritising workload to meet KPIs and customer specifications.
- Supporting Rehabilitation Managers with arranging services, equipment, travel and adaptations for service users.
- Contributing to continuous improvement and participating in professional development activities.
Person Specification
This position is ideally suited to an individual with administrative experience, such as a personal assistant, medical or legal secretary, who can handle confidential information. Full training will be provided.
