Job Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to students and college staff following prescribed methods of portioning,presentationand combinations in line with company brand standards and following procedure to answer questions about the products
- Perform food preparation as directed by Kitchen Manager and in line with Aramark brand standards
- Take payments.
- Restock goods and ensureappropriate displaysof merchandise.
- Clean back of house areas.
- Clean and tidy counters and light equipment
- Report to linemanagerany feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages,faultsor hazardsidentifiedduring the workday.
- Perform daily paperwork that is assigned.
- Keeps diligent records asrequired
- Follows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements.
- Undertake relevant training asrequired
Key Requirements:
- Previousexperience in fast paced catering environment desirable but not essential as full training will be given
- Flexibility to work shifts
