Job Title: Critical Shift Technician (Electrical Bias)

Location: Ealing

Salary: Up to £52,200 per annum

Working Hours: Continental Shift Pattern – Days & Nights

The Role

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across critical electrical and M&E systems.
• Supporting day-to-day operations within a high-profile data centre environment.
• Working on critical infrastructure to ensure maximum site uptime and reliability.
• Participating in a continental shift pattern covering days and nights.
• Undertaking HV training early in the role, with the expectation of progressing into HV responsibilities.

Requirements

• Electrical background strongly preferred.
• Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent) ideally required.
• Experience within building services, critical environments, or commercial maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and technical problem-solving skills.
• Desire to build a long-term career within critical engineering.
