Researcher

Responsibilities

• Carry out research for WordPress hosting, identify unique selling points, produce documents for each hosting platform, and review customer feedback.
• Analyze all hosting plans and platforms thoroughly, providing a strong knowledge base for content creation.
• Generate information for blog, YouTube, social media, criterion pages, and the knowledge base.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research and provide consultation on relative markets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage large and complex databases and develop summary analysis, including summary tables and charts.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with knowledge of statistical applications and techniques.
• Ability to work without direct supervision, paying close attention to detail and independently ensuring data accuracy.
• Experience dealing with all levels of staff in responding to a wide range of inquiries.
• Skill in using tact, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
