Description

The successful candidate will support fee earners on a full range of residential conveyancing transactions, ensuring matters progress smoothly from instruction to completion and beyond.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with all aspects of residential property transactions
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents
  • Managing files from instruction through to post‑completion
  • Supporting the team to meet deadlines and maintain high service levels

This role offers excellent exposure to high‑quality work in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience within residential property or conveyancing and a solid understanding of the sale and purchase process.

You will demonstrate:

  • Experience with protocol forms and conveyancing procedures
  • Strong knowledge of AML and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a busy workload effectively
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • A team‑oriented approach with the ability to work independently

Exposure to acting for corporate clients would be advantageous.
