Position: Paralegal

Location: ON-SITE, London, UK

Type: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Salary: £28,000-£32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About us:

We’re looking for a motivated Paralegal to join our small but dynamic in‑house legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong legal background who wants hands‑on experience across a wide range of commercial and corporate matters.

Responsibilities

• Support the Legal Executive on commercial contracts, data protection, compliance, governance, and intellectual property matters.
• Ensure that contracts comply with internal policies and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Track key contractual obligations, renewals, and termination dates.
• Support internal compliance initiatives and audits, including training and policy updates.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR and other relevant privacy frameworks).
• Assist with commercial leases and other property‑related legal matters.
• Help maintain corporate records and legal templates.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners across multiple subsidiaries and international entities.

Qualifications

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent).
• At least 1 year’s legal experience (in‑house or in private practice).
• Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
• A proactive, adaptable approach and enthusiasm for learning.
