Role Overview

We’re working with a well-established firm seeking a Patent Paralegal to join their team in Manchester. This role would suit someone with previous Patent Paralegal or administrative experience, ideally within an IP practice, who is seeking their next challenge.

Responsibilities

• Preparing patent documentation and handling filings across key IP offices.
• Keeping case records up to date and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Supporting attorneys with research, preparing correspondence, billing and diary management.

Requirements

• Previous patent paralegal or administrative experience, preferably within an IP practice.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
