About the role
We are seeking an experienced paralegal to join our Private Client team, based in our friendly and diverse centrally-located Brighton office.
The ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with client instructions, Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and with administration of estates.
You may be a qualified Legal Executive, studying CILEx or a paralegal with previous experience in this field.
You will:
- Have experience of preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney;
- Manage administration of estates with limited supervision (including drafting forms to account to HMRC);
- Draft accounts for estates;
- Be eager to learn about dealing with more complex estates and Wills; and
- Potentially, manage your own cases in your own name, under supervision.
