What will you be doing?

  • You will be working within the in‑house legal team
  • Assisting with legal work loads; reviewing and drafting agreements such as basic non‑disclosure consultancy agreements
  • Carrying out legal research
  • Attending committee meetings and taking minutes when needed
  • Assisting the senior team members with their workload; project work, corporate governance, corporate structuring & execution

What you’ll need:

  • A Law degree with LLB Hons 2:1 or above
  • An interest in becoming a Commercial Lawyer in the energy sector
  • Experience working in a corporate environment
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

Schedule:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (preferred)

Experience:

  • Paralegal: 1 year (preferred)
