We’re recruiting: Private Client Paralegal / Legal Secretary

You will provide essential support to solicitors within the Private Client Team, assisting with a wide range of matters including:

Responsibilities

  • Wills and estate planning
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • General private client administrative support
  • Audio typing, document production, and file management
  • Liaising with clients, third parties, and internal teams

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Private Client or legal support role (essential)
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills and a professional manner
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
  • Experience with case management systems (desirable)
  • Strong client care and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
  • A positive, flexible, and can‑do attitude
