Conveyancing Assistant – Wakefield
The Firm
- Long established law firm based in the centre of Wakefield
- Within walking distance to Wakefield Westgate train station
- Focuses on client care and offering a good quality service
- Close knit team offering support and training
The Role
- As a conveyancing assistant you will join a busy, friendly and supportive residential property team working with experienced conveyancers
- You will be working with a conveyancer assisting with the full remit of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion
The caseload
- Sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Registered, unregistered, freehold and leasehold
- Newbuilds
- Transfers of Equity
- Extensive client contact
Requirements
- Must have previous experience assisting with sale and purchase caseload
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
