Overview

Charltons Solicitors in Biddulph are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Assistant. We are a friendly boutique firm who pride ourselves in supporting our community. If you have strong experience as a conveyancing assistant, enjoy working as part of a tight knit team, and can provide excellent service to clients, this might be the role for you. Responsibilities

  • Working as part of a small, experienced team.
  • Drafting contracts of sale.
  • Dealing with registrations.
  • Drafting and submission of SDLT Forms.
  • Liaising with clients and maintaining high levels of client service.
  • Liaising with other agencies including other parties’ solicitors, the Land Registry, Mortgage Companies, and key stakeholders.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • You will have prior experience of a property support role, knowledge of conveyancing laws and best practices, lenders handbook, CQS requirements, and experience of using a case management system.

Salary – up to £28,000.00
