Paralegal

Overview

Service Care Solutions are working with a leading law firm in Aberdeen, who are seeking a Paralegal to join their Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of commercial property matters, supporting solicitors with high-quality administrative and legal support.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial property documentation.
• Conducting legal research and due diligence.
• Assisting in the preparation of contracts, leases, and other property-related agreements.
• Liaising with clients, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
• Supporting solicitors in daily case management and administrative duties.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal support role, ideally in commercial property.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with legal software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail.

Location & Salary
