PE Deals Paralegal – Fast-Paced Legal Support

Ropes & Gray LLP is hiring for a role that supports the Private Equity Transactions group. The successful candidate will assist with legal work, review agreements, conduct due diligence, and maintain document trackers.

Candidates should be degree educated, possess excellent drafting and organizational skills, and be adept at IT, specifically MS Office. Teamwork and strong communication abilities are essential. This full-time role provides the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, multi-office environment in Greater London.
