Job Overview
Supporting the Retail Branch Manager, you’ll make sure our customers are the heart of everything we do. You’re always looking for ways to improve what we do and how we do it, knowing that small differences can make a big impact.

Responsibilities
• Support the Retail Branch Manager in day‑to‑day store operations.• Ensure customer service excellence and continual improvement of processes.• Participate in training programmes and leadership development.
Training and Development
- Trade Up to Assistant Store Manager – 12‑15 months programme leading to Level 3 Retail Team Leader Apprenticeship.
- Trade Up to Branch Manager – 15 months programme leading to Level 4 Retail Manager Apprenticeship.
