We are currently recruiting for a Despatch Operative to join a well-established business based in Farnborough. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00
• Friday: 07:30 – 13:00

As a Despatch Operative your duties will include:

• Picking and packing products ready for despatch
• Checking orders for accuracy and quality
• Using internal computer systems to process despatch information
• Labelling and preparing shipments
• Working closely with production and stores teams to meet deadlines

The successful Despatch Operative will have the below experience:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, stores or despatch role (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail
• Good level of computer literacy
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• A reliable and proactive approach to work

As a Despatch Operative you will receive the below:

• Competitive hourly rate of £15.51
