This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of the business, acting as a trusted partner to the COO. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring decisions are informed by high-quality data, insights are clearly communicated, and operational activity is well coordinated.

The Opportunity:

This is more than a support role – it’s a chance to build a deep understanding of how a complex, multi-site business operates. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, gaining insight into how strategic decisions are made and executed.

You’ll develop your ability to turn data into meaningful insight, influence outcomes through clear recommendations, and play a hands‑on role in key operational projects. It’s an ideal position for someone looking to grow into broader operational, analytical, or leadership roles over time.

Role responsibilities will include:

  • Turning data into clear insight and recommendations
  • Meeting & Governance support
  • Supporting key business decisions with analysis and reporting
  • Coordinating senior meetings and ensuring actions are delivered
  • Playing a key role in operational projects and initiatives

About You:

  • Enjoy working with data, presenting data accurately and asking the right questions
  • Is highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Is proactive, solutions‑focused, and eager to learn
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment
  • Has a good working knowledge of Excel
