Mailing Operator – Surrey – £Depending on Experience

Our client is a well-established printing company experiencing exponential growth and looking to expand its production team. Within a well-established department, you will operate KAS and Sitma mailing machines, ensuring all work meets the highest standard and machines run at correct output speeds with high accuracy.

Requirements of the role include continuous learning and training on other machines in the production department, fostering a supportive team culture and demonstrating a pro‑active approach.

Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to company procedures, performing quality checks on each job and ensuring relevant paperwork is completed.
• Liaise with the Production Manager to meet KPI requirements and daily production goals, aiding the smooth operation of the department.
• Promote and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to liaise with and give instructions to the production team.
• Attention to detail, ability to complete work independently and on deadlines, aiming for highest standards.
• Registered in the UK, with recent experience in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
