Production Operator (Electronics / Soldering) (BBBH24963a) Andover, England

Salary: GBP25500 – GBP26000 per annum + Overtime + 33 Days Holiday + Bonus

Are you from a manufacturing/production background with experience soldering or happy to learn, looking for a stable, local role within a well-established company, offering an excellent working environment, great benefits, and 38.5 hour week with an early finish every Friday?

In this role you will be hand soldering and operating machines to produce PCB assemblies within a close-knit production team. From following customer specifications and requirements, you will be using your hands and dexterity skills, with full on-the-job training given.

Founded nearly 40 years ago, this manufacturer supplies their specialist products into industries such as aerospace, automotive, and medical, with trusted clients across the globe. They have experienced unprecedented growth over recent years and have a clear direction for the future with a new site opened recently.

This role would suit someone who has great dexterity, happy using their hands to solder small electronic components, within a long-term role working Monday to Friday and only 38.5 hours a week.

The Role:

  • Producing PCB assemblies by following customer specifications
  • Soldering by hand and operating machines, supporting on testing
  • Full on-the-job training given
  • Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5pm, finish at 3:30pm on Friday, 38.5 hours a week

The Person:

  • Production Operator or similar
  • Soldering experience or happy to learn
