Job Overview

The Best Connection is urgently recruiting FULL‑TIME Forklift Counter‑Balance (FLT) drivers for an international automotive supply business based in Wolverhampton. The role requires working rotating night, day and swing shifts (05:30am – 13:30pm, 13:30pm – 21:30pm, 21:30pm – 05:30am). There are no public transport links to the site.

Salary: £14.08 – £16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Drive an FLT Counter‑Balance forklift within a busy automotive environment.
• Perform manual loading and unloading of materials.
• Check and label deliveries accurately.
• Assist with import and dispatch of products.
• Adhere to all safety and quality procedures.
