Who we are looking for

Our client is seeking a committed and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join their established team. You will be passionate about supporting children and young people through a trauma-informed approach, with the flexibility to work a varied shift pattern including evenings and weekends. A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive is essential, along with access to a vehicle for work purposes.
