Parts Advisor

Agricultural & Construction Parts Advisor – Limavady +£30,000

The Job:

• Handling customer enquiries over the phone and face to face
• Providing parts information, pricing, and lead times
• Processing customer orders, invoicing, and arranging deliveries
• Carrying out accurate stock checks and inventory control
• Receiving and checking deliveries against order documentation
• Supporting workshop technicians and service teams with parts supply
• Maintaining excellent customer service standards in a fast-paced environment
• Building strong working relationships with agricultural and construction customers

The Candidate:

• Background in farming or agriculture preferred
• Previous parts department experience advantageous
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge desirable
