Job Description:

Job Title: Customer Service / Sales Support Advisor

Location: Nr Stroud

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (flexibility required during peak seasons)

Salary: £25,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and webchat enquiries, providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently
  • Process customer orders and assist with dispatch using courier and e-commerce platforms
  • Provide product advice and support customers in selecting suitable options
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently support customer enquiries
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Support sales activity by assisting customers through the purchasing process
  • Assist other areas of the business during quieter periods
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally

Key Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience within a customer service or sales support role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills with the ability to process orders and manage systems
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings during peak periods
