Our client is a highly successful, globally recognised boutique investment firm with a dynamic culture. They are looking for an organised, pro‑active Team Assistant to join the team.
About the Team Assistant Role
This is an exciting and integral role supporting a team. The Team Assistant role will include comprehensive diary management, travel coordination and providing administrative support across the department.
Responsibilities
- Diary management, including arranging conference calls and meetings
- Overseeing full travel logistics
- Inbox management
- Assist with presentation and letter preparation
- Processing expenses
- Organisation of events, as required
- Other ad‑hoc duties and projects, as required
Candidate Specification
- Previous administrative support experience in a fast‑paced, professional environment is essential
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to deal effectively with multiple priorities and changing circumstances
- Can‑do, proactive approach to tasks
Additional Information
Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
Core hours: 8:30am-5:30pm.
Hybrid option for 1-2 days working from home, however this is dependent on business needs and flexibility to work full‑time in the office is required.
West End location.
