Production Operatives Wanted – to start ASAP in Horsham!

Shifts available

Monday‑Friday 14:30‑22:00£13.51 per hour (rising to £13.77 after 12 weeks on site)

Overtime offered during busy periods

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. This role involves building and testing finished goods in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining high quality standards.

Assembly/production experience preferred.

Key Tasks:

• Load & run machines
• Visual inspections
• Replenish reels
• Basic testing & fault finding

Must have:

• Great attention to detail
• Good communicator
• Team Player
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions

Drug screening required before start.

Additional Information:

This is a Temporary Ongoing role; we are looking for candidates who can commit beyond short-term or seasonal work.

Students seeking temporary summer employment will not be considered.
