Empowering Community Support Worker

Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative is seeking a Support Worker in Llandrindod Wells. In this role, you will help individuals with learning disabilities make everyday decisions and empower them to achieve personal goals. Full training is provided, and you will need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
