What You’ll Be Doing
As a Palletiser Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of our production line. Your key responsibilities include:
- Quickly identifying and resolving any technical or operational issues that arise.
- Maintaining a smooth workflow to minimise downtime and keep production on track.
- Collaborating closely with team members to meet and exceed production targets.
- Monitoring and ensuring all palletising robots are operating at peak efficiency.
What We Offer
- Pay Rate: £14 per hour, with overtime available at £17.50.
- Flexible Shift Options: 5 days on / 2 days off; 4 days on / 3 days off; up to 12‑hour shifts.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong problem‑solving skills to tackle challenges head‑on.
- A keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- A basic technical or mechanical understanding (preferred but not essential).
- Reliability and a willingness to work flexible shifts to meet production needs.
