My client is a Primary School in Plaistow who aim to provide a secure environment that helps every child achieve their best. They aim to provide high quality teaching and learning. To be supportive and dedicated team members who listen, co-operate, communicate, and promote positive attitudes.

The school aim for children to look back on their school days with affection and a sense of pride, both in their own achievements and those of the school.
The Role:
- You will be working as a 1:1 Learning support Assistant a child with challenging behaviour.
- This Learning Support Assistant position will be an ongoing with potential to go permanent.
- The role will be full time – Monday to Friday.
The Successful Candidate:
- You will have previous experience as a LSA/SEN TA supporting a child with SEN on a 1:1 basis.
- A proven track record of being able to support challenging behaviour.
- A positive can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
- Be available immediately.
