Overview
We have an opportunity available for a Bank Support Worker to join the St. Helens Supported Housing team. This position involves providing floating support to cover the St. Helens area, including Burtonhead Court WA9 5DD, Cherry Tree Place WA9 2NJ, Peel Street WA12 9DN and Prescot Road WA10 3HS.
Salary: £13.12 per hour. Hours: Bank.
Responsibilities
Supporting adults on a person‑centred basis to live independently, helping them move towards independent accommodation.
Daily tasks include medication assistance, accessing the community, and domestic tasks. The role requires flexibility and a genuine desire to build relationships with clients.
We value patience, a sense of humour, and the ability to think on your feet. No formal qualifications required.
Qualifications
No prior industry experience or specific qualifications are required. On joining Making Space you will receive on‑the‑job training and have the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications.
