Salary: GBP16.7 – GBP16.92 per hour, with increased rates for overtime.

• Strong, hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment – ideally within mechanical or machine‑minding roles.
• Ability to work confidently with machinery, solve problems on the go, and maintain high‑quality standards.
• A strong eye for detail, spotting and correcting issues quickly.
• The confidence to follow technical instructions and operate within set processes.
• A team‑focused approach, with initiative to support colleagues and continuously build skills.
• GCSE‑level education or equivalent, providing a foundation for understanding written procedures and safety protocols.

Shift Pattern

You’ll work a fixed rotating 3‑shift pattern (Early, Late, and Night shifts), Monday to Friday – providing routine and stability in your schedule.

• Starting rate of £16.04 per hour, increasing to £16.44 following successful completion of training.
• Overtime available at enhanced rates.
• Opportunities for progression and permanent placement for the right candidates.

Additional Requirements

• Successful candidates must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
