Bank Enabling Support Worker
We are recruiting for Bank Enabling Support Workers at Shaftesbury Wall Street. This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the salary requirements set by the Home Office are not satisfied.

About the role
As a Bank Enabling Support Worker, you will provide support and encouragement, taking direction from the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
You will maintain accurate records while at work, in line with service requirements. You may also administer personal care and medication.
There will be the opportunity to cover sleep sessions. You will be paid an additional £60 per sleep session.
Wall Street is a residential home in Hereford city centre offering state‑of‑the‑art equipment and facilities with highly trained staff. The service specialises in supporting people with cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis and acquired brain injury or stroke, taking a person‑centred, flexible approach.
