Mencap is looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our welcoming team in Kettering – the service is in the NN16 post code

As a Support Worker, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with learning disabilities. You’ll be supporting three ladies and three gentlemen, each with their own unique strengths, personalities, and support needs.

Your role will include assisting with daily activities, offering emotional support, and helping individuals live fulfilling and independent lives. Every day brings an opportunity to positively impact someone’s life.

What we’re looking for:

A genuine passion for supporting others

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

A positive, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting people with learning disabilities

Part-time with flexible hours based on availability

Interviews will take place at our office in Kettering

Sleep-in shifts are paid at an enhanced flat rate of £63.70
