We are looking for Bank Support workers to join our amazing team, and to continue delivering outstanding outcomes. Main duties of the job

As a Bank Support Worker with Enable, you will be working in Sileby, Leicestershire, providing supportive living for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, and complex needs.

Your role involves encouraging independence by engaging individuals in their communities. You will support daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and budgeting. Effective communication with individuals using their preferred methods is essential, as is maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes in service users’ health or circumstances. You’ll be a team player who also works well independently.
