Join Our Team as a Support Worker
Location: Horley, Surrey
Salary: £13.09 per hour (£25,525.50 pro‑rate) plus benefits. Sleep‑ins are paid at £50 each.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, shifts vary between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday (shift rota). A sleep‑in is required once a week.
Contract: Full‑time, Permanent.
Driving Requirement: A valid full UK manual driving licence is desirable but not essential.
Right to Work: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer any skilled worker visas.

- Daily Care & Support: Helping with personal care, meal preparation, medication and other daily tasks.

- Social Engagement: Supporting activities such as holidays, social events and hobbies, ensuring everyone can enjoy what they love doing.
